About the event

Smarter, scalable, sustainable infrastructure

The 6th Data Center Design, Engineering & Construction Summit is a two-day technical forum for the designers, architects, engineers, contractors, technology and owner-side delivery teams building AI-scale digital infrastructure in the United States.

The engineering problem has changed shape. A decade of data center design was built around racks drawing five to ten kilowatts, air-cooled halls, and utility power that arrived when the building was ready. AI compute has invalidated all three assumptions at once. Racks now draw 100 kW and above, which breaks floor loading, power distribution and thermal design simultaneously. Liquid cooling has moved from specialist option to default requirement, bringing fluid into white space and with it a set of fire, life-safety and warranty questions the codes have not fully answered. And the energization date — not the construction schedule — has become the binding constraint on the entire programme, because the equipment needed to deliver power is sold out for years.

This summit is built around those constraints. Every session is anchored to a specific engineering decision, procurement deadline, contracting structure or delivery risk that teams are managing on live projects and new builds. It is a working technical programme for industry experts who have to specify, procure, build and commission.

Held in Dallas, the world’s leading primary data center market, it will bring together leading experts and influential voices from across the industry ecosystem for a high-level exchange of insights, ideas, and perspectives shaping the future of data centers.
